Hands holding brightly dyed ikat threads

Our story

It started with a pull towards the East

I have always been drawn to the East — to its bright colours, its patterns that seem to hold whole stories, and the warmth people bring into their homes. My husband is from Uzbekistan, so that world slowly became part of our everyday life.

Then I travelled there myself. Among the looms and embroidery frames, watching threads being dyed by hand, the decision was made: I wanted to bring these colours into every home and every family.

Every home deserves a little colour with a story behind it.

A family thread

Made by hand, with the people we love

EASTÉRIA is a family story. My husband shares every step of the work with me, his mother knows these fabrics by heart, and our friends in Uzbekistan help us find the pieces and the people who make them.

Every fabric is made entirely by hand, and we make the frames ourselves, by hand, at home. So each picture comes from a family — and is made for one.
