01 About us

EASTÉRIA sells handmade framed textiles through this website. When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean EASTÉRIA, operated by Bc. Albert Mustaev as a sole trader, based in the Czech Republic. Our seller details are listed in the CONTACT section at the bottom of this page.

02 Who can order

Our shop is intended for adults who buy for their own personal use. We sell to consumers in the European Union. We do not sell to businesses through this website.

03 Products

Each textile is unique and made by hand from natural materials. Colours and textures may look slightly different on your screen than in person. Sizes are given in centimetres and include the frame. If we notice an obvious error in a product description or price, we will inform you before we dispatch the affected order.

04 Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in euro. Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you pay, and the final price, including shipping, is shown at checkout.

05 Parties, language and conclusion of the contract

EASTÉRIA is the seller and the contracting party for every order placed through this website. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract between you and EASTÉRIA is concluded when we confirm by email that your order has been dispatched. Each artwork exists only once. If an item is no longer available after you have ordered it, we will tell you and refund you in full.

The contract is concluded in English. This English version of the Terms is provided for your convenience.

06 Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through PayPal. We do not store your full card details. Your order is processed once payment has been received.

07 Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times and costs are described there. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a carrier you have chosen, takes physical possession of the artwork.

08 Consumers' right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement by email to easteriastore@gmail.com before the 14 days end, with your order number. We will confirm by email that we have received your withdrawal.

09 Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund you no later than 14 days after we receive the artwork back, or after we receive proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method you used for your order, unless you agree otherwise.

You pay the cost of returning the artwork, unless it is damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong item. You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling the artwork beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please keep the artwork in its original condition and packaging. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

10 Warranty, liability and damage in transit

If you are a consumer, the statutory liability for defects applies. You have a legal guarantee that the artwork conforms to the contract, for the period required by the consumer law of your country of residence, which is at least two years from delivery in the European Union. This does not limit your right of withdrawal.

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please tell us as soon as possible by emailing easteriastore@gmail.com with photos of the artwork and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and we cover the return shipping. More details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data. This does not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11 Intellectual property

The photos, texts, designs and presentation on this website belong to EASTÉRIA or its licensors. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. Please do not copy, reuse or republish them without our written permission. The suzani and ikat patterns are traditional textile heritage.

12 Links to other websites

This website may contain links to third-party websites, such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for the content of those websites. Please review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

13 Personal data

We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, why we use it and what rights you have.

14 Service and complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at easteriastore@gmail.com or by phone at +420 775 407 378. We will reply as soon as we can and try to resolve the matter with you.

15 Out-of-court and alternative dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve your complaint together, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), or the consumer dispute body in your country of residence. Consumers in the European Union also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence.

16 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies to orders placed after the date above. Orders already placed remain subject to the version in force when they were placed.

17 Final provisions

These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in full effect.
